It's sad but it's ok. We all can only make choices in the present moment, including today, and including that week. I know you would have liked to see him more, but you did see him before that. And if you did see him that week, there could still be days in between. It starts to look more and more arbitrary. What's important is you all love each other, and I'll bet he would want you to enjoy your loving memories with him now.
