I'm using a premium IPTV service for live sports, I think it's the best solution if you want to watch on TV with reliable stability, you will have to pay some money but I believe it's not a big deal I'm paying 80 USD for two years and it include TV shows and movies.

Edit: I wouldn't recommend to pay if I was found a good pirate thing for live TV but I haven't so this is my humble POV.
