Curious, can one DRM bought books from the Books app on a Mac M1? (lemmy.world)

Title. Just curious, before I buy a book, as certain books available only internationally on Amazon are apparently purchasable without needing to change location, so curious if I can DeDRM later.

I found it a pain in the ass to remove amazon drm ebooks. What worked for one book suddenly didn't for the next.

Whenever possible I try to avoid them for that reason
