Nobody cares. Or truly knows. The only SMS app that even uses Google's RCS is Google's Messages. Assuming you had that app preinstalled (which isn't necessarily true for all manufacturers or all models), it comes off by default and you have to enable it (it's called "chat features"). permalink fedilink source parent
