Lemmy.ml being "big" is even debatable in and of itself, "big" compared to what, Reddit? Twitter? Just smaller lemmy instances? For some reason I doubt that the government in Mali has a stake in what happens to lemmy.ml, what the hell would they care? I doubt one Mali gov employee even has an acct there.
