Deciding to have kids is exactly that. A decision. You made a choice that you knew would come with sacrifices, then immediately began spending the next twenty years trying to get people who didn't make that choice to share the sacrifices.
From extra work breaks to coming in sick after your grubby little sticky-fingered germ factory spread the daycare flu around your house so we can all experience it too, you make everyone around you worse off bcs you're entitled to a "village", right? Case in point:
you wouldn't removed about the wheelchair ramps for disabled employees though, would you? how about the uniquely colored TPS reports for the colorblind employees? While we're at it, why not removed about the screen readers for the visually impaired employees?
Absolutely none of those things require me to do extra work to pick up someone's slack. I go to work with a disability every day, I don't need anyone else to cover any of my work for me. That's the fucking difference.

I don't believe you've ever had a job or known any parents if you think either of those things are true. Plenty of brainless dipshits have jobs. Hell, most of them make management. And as a class, most parents perspective and empathy ends just outside their nuclear family.
