uBlock Origin maintainers have decided to stop continuously updating filters specifically to keep up with Facebook’s latest ad-blocking countermeasures.

Plenty of people can't book medical appointments, access government services, or buy things without it.

And individuals there can't avoid it until their country's whole culture changes.
