I have very little joy for comparison to steal. It's just kind of disorienting to realize that someone can live like that. Like, wanting something that involves human connection (whether sexual or otherwise), and actually getting it. And not being judged for having those needs, let alone announcing them. Something about it doesn't compute. It just kinda breaks my brain a little.
