Also we don't have Chinese car tariffs because Chinese cars aren't sold in the US. Jesus christ everyone wants to make up their own reasons based on nothing more than their feelings-based assumptions. Who didn't have good EV offerings at the time. That's a paddlin. And no, we should just require American companies to manufacture stuff here.
