It actually is English, or at least identical to the way you would write it in English. "Ultras" is a term for certain football fan groups. Not all ultras are like this, but when you hear about shitty behavior by a team's fans, it's usually ultras. In this case, it's IFK Göteburg's ultras called Wisemen.
