Honestly, I think the day we as a species finally perfect dick construction surgery, everyone is going to massively chill out. Which is why it's so weird Republicans are against the trans community and free healthcare.

For Musk specifically that may be why he hates his trans child so much, if he legitimately lost his dick in a bit he'd surgery, it would surely be a sore subject if a child transitioned willingly.
