    Also, beating Hitler in directly contributing to most avoidable deaths of humans. The cuts to USAID that he championed is estimated to result in 22 million deaths by 2030. That's impressive. It took Hitler and Nazi Germany 12 years to kill 13 million.

    There is no way that the math checksnout, is there? Like, the problem from what I understood is that he just cut off the recievers without any prior warning. In a couple of years they can surely stabilize, no?
