They'll get to you when they get to you, they'll speak to you like normal people and not servants, they don't actually care about the quality of whatever product you're getting because they didn't make it and they're not involved in the resolution of your problem, and they'll send you off if you get pissy about it. They are not the staff of your amusement park.
