Indeed, though if you actually look at the page for "Europe", you'll see that nobody can even agree on where the "cultural" boundary is anymore, because it's a spectrum. The way you said it was offensively patronising, and "Europe" has nowhere to talk, because Europe doesn't rightfully exist in any consistently-delineated way, because the "cultural" nature of "Europe" isn't some homogeneous block, and the only thing those cultural spectra can agree on is that they don't agree on the delineation.
