The taste wasn't bad, but I almost threw up because of the texture. I could feel the firmness of the unrefined, unprocessed, raw creature. I could feel how my teeth made their way through the various organic structures - muscles, innards, brains and all the other organs - of a creature so fresh, that it felt like it could've swam away if I'd spit it out and cast it into the ocean instead of grinding, crushing and ripping it apart inside my mouth.
