It was vandalized. They arrested 5 people already.

    I don't believe it was vandalized but it's possible they arrested people for it.

    There's been one confirmed arrest, and it was that guy David Hearn who was cycling by and peeled a piece that was flaking off. The feds say they've arrested several people, but with this administration I'm not inclined to believe them since they'd be plastering their names and faces everywhere if it were true.
