In the context of assuming 'anybodies' gender, how does that work?

Like are you implying all women are one woman (and she's just really fast), so the mere mention of the term 'women' will always refer to this one body?

Or are we talking like a council, a body of women who oversee all womanhood?

Who knows, maybe women only exist hypothetically, so must be assumed, to have a gender at all?
