I'm in my mid-upper 30s and far from fit, but I didn't have any problem. Though I never had a problem doing "butterflies" either, and from what I recall in school gym class, stretching legs like that, to the point that one's knees touched the ground, was hard for a lot of people. On the plus side, it was the one time in all of gym class that I was able to be better than others at something. It's a small w, but I'll take it. permalink fedilink source parent
