There were two good reasons to believe this: His record: Donald spent part of his first term disentangling us from the forever wars, particularly in Syria and Afghanistan, where his admin negotiated our withdrawal. He literally said 'No More Forever Wars' during his campaign. Those exact words. Repeatedly.
