I used to dye my hair often! It's been blue, pink, purple, green, and silver.

Now my hair is a true grey/silver, so I've grown out my natural color and keep it low maintenance.

A couple years ago, I did get a wild hair up my ass and I shaved the side of my head. Some days I think about shaving it all off. Maybe this summer!

    Fuck yeah!! That's one of the reasons for my undercut, a bit of natural air conditioning for summer

    Can you still dye grey hair bright colours or can it damage it? Just for future reference!

    It's SO nice in the summer!

    Grey hair is actually kind of resistant to dyes. The texture is quite different from my naturally brown hair. So I think one would still have to bleach their hair before dying for full color. Could look nice as a color wash or pastel colors maybe!

    I lost all mine to chemo in 2023 and the one time it was a real advantage was on summer days when the temperature hit 30°C or higher. I did buy a wig at the time, but it felt like a steel pot scrubber on my scalp, so scarves were all that covered it until it grew back.
