Framework seem happy to invest in the Omarchy and Hyprland projects. Omarchy is run by someone who pushes fascist agendas such as white nationalism, transphobia and eugenics. Hyprland is run by a developer who has been banned from freedesktop.org for failing to moderate the Hyprland community Discord and prevent abuse from there.

Edit: I corrected misinformation stating the maintainer of Hyprland pushes fascist talking points. I don't have evidence of that.
