No. Although a rooster has limited flight. A penguin would be fucked.

    Yeah, I forgot to specify that I was thinking of birds that can maneuver into a soft landing. I think penguins are dealing with enough already anyway.

    I don't think of a penguin as semi flightless, i believe it's considered flightless. A chicken would be semi-flightless.

    I've had chickens explicitly enjoy being tossed and thrown so they could do a soft landing. They ran up to me over and over and once picked up either went for a cuddle or wings wide in anticipation.
