As if he knows the unintended consequences that could result, or as if other countries that would be affected agreed to it, to say nothing of the wildlife, (ie test projects have already shown in the westerh hemisphere it will make africa drier.)

What else, he intervened in covid vaccines to prevent a not for profit open source vaccine. The very idea horrified him somehow. He seems like he's trying to do good sometimes and does evil. He has a case of billionairism where everyone around him agrees with everything he says and he thinks the laser light of knowledge shines out of his ass.
