Can anyone recommend a privacy respecting 4K streaming device? (sh.itjust.works)

I have a 4K 120Hz TV that I have blocked from internet access on my router (because it is spyware with no way to turn off the built in microphone) and I have a desktop that supports 4K but I don't want to run my desktop into the ground streaming on it all the time.

I'd like one that isn't American I guess if that really matters (seems like it kind of does) but I noticed options are limited unless you want to spend $600 on a mini PC which I don't.

I'd like to spend like $200 max if possible for this if possible.

Is there some way to make the Apple TV to work with Stremio torrenting files?

    Not directly. There are some hacky work-arounds that may or may not work:

    The only way I know of that’s possible is to use web.stremio.com on your iPhone and copy the movie link and paste it to the Infuse app on your phone and then if you have iCloud Sync enabled in Infuse on your iPhone and Apple TV it will show the movie available to play with metadata and everything when you refresh the Infuse app on the Apple TV :)

    I don't know, I've never tried.

    For a ~$200 streaming box, that respects privacy, does 4K, AND does torrenting, you're basically looking at a Linux PC. Those come in many flavours; you can even start with a Raspberry Pi. I'm not sure about "ten foot interfaces" though; that is, interfaces that can be used with a remote from your couch. That said, they make remote-sized keyboards with track pads, and I'm sure you can do just about anything with Linux.
