I remember when a big department store near me closed, and I visited near the end to see if there were any good deals. They had organized the fixtures by type, and had them staged around the store for removal. There was one section of dozens of mannikins, all crowded together like a frozen, naked rave, a lot of them painted silver. I took a picture of it, but I can't find it.
