We really need to find and rally behind a leftist/progressive candidate now and begin building momentum and support so we can primary them, otherwise the nomination will definitely go to Newsom. Fuck, I know this is an unpopular take- but Bernie still seems coherent and we could definitely do worse. Of the few centrists and 'non political' types I know they all seem to have respect for him. He may not be perfect- but we can't let perfect be the enemy of the good. He has the advantage of being Old, White, and Male- and you know that will score points with a lot of people who voted for Biden and not Harris, as gross as that is.
