I had noisey neighbours so now i need white noise to not react to every single noise "that might the neighbours coming in for a party at 3am". I don't have anything fancy but i got Bluetooth earphones (just some random Amazon ones) that are connected physically so it's easy to switch between "free" ears. I don't even remember switching in my sleep now.
