    Urdu and Punjabi. I think its used in Hindi too

    Doesn't muth (मुठ) mean handle or fist? I always assumed muth marna means jerking off. 🤔

    Yeah it means either wanking or cum. So its both a verb and the resulting noun.

    First I'm hearing of handle or fist being associated with the word. Has nothing to do with that to my knowledge.
