I also have tinnitus. Mine is permanent. It never goes away at all. I got it in my teens from my guitar amp... ☚ī¸ Never a day I don't regret it. Same about a Linkin Park show too. I was gonna catch their second-to-last concert before Chester went but I was out of town.

    I feel you, I have it permanent as well and similar story about LP. Luckily compared to other horror stories I read, mine seems relatively "low" so I am thankful for that. In my case it was a couple of hi-fi headphones and amp thanks to a shitty person who made me believe that if you don't blast your wars you cannot feel everything a system like that has to offers.
