Hey everyone,

I just finished my very first build using PA6-CF, but I’m running into a few issues during testing and my first range trip. Hoping to get some troubleshooting advice from the community please.

Issues I'm Experiencing:

Mag Release Drag:

The magazine release catches on the magazine during insertion, making it stick and not insert every once in a while.

Slide Sticking & Staying Out of Battery:

The slide feels like it's dragging or rubbing against something internal when racking. Attempting a press check leaves the slide out of battery.

Range Test: Every single round fired leaves the slide out of battery instead of returning smoothly.

Trigger / Firing Issues:

Every few rounds, is either a light primer strike or a dead trigger. Also, one round seem to get scratched ortorn by something

Questions / Request: Has anyone seen similar binding issues with PA6-CF builds (is it warping, channel/rail clearance, or shrinkage)?

Could the slide staying out of battery and the light primer strikes/dead trigger be directly related to rail alignment, recoil spring weight, or trigger bar binding?

Any tips on where to start.... sanding, checking tolerances, or troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!

Ze carioca had an interview where he discussed a select fire version of the urutau, is it sailing? It's not in the v1.01 files from gatalog, BLC, or carioca himself.

I've created a /c about airguns in case anyone wants to talk about airguns, air rifles, BB guns and all the accessories without bothering people here who want to talk about gunpowder guns.
