I can use a hammer to kill a person. A suicidal person can buy a rope to hang themselves. Of course an AI is different in that it almost seems conscious and like its talking to you when its not. I'm not a lawyer or the company in question. But I don't think this warrants banning the entire technology

Please don't give Trump a reason to suspend midterms or to use the military against his own people. The protestors stand no chance once violence leads to Trump getting the military involved. Protests don't work instantly but Trump and ICE are seen very unfavorably by the populous. Don't let anyone tell you protests have to effect. I guess the Maidan protests in Kyiv ended up turning violent after what the government did attacking protesters and that was a success. But people need to be in unity. I fear the US is too polarized. We will hopefully all see the end to outlive these petty autocrats. The checks and balances weren't as strong as people thought they were, thats for certain

Your president is corrupt thats for sure. Any government cleaning up after Trump has the work cut out for them. Trump himself will probably never face proper justice as he is too old and won't live forever. Its very obvious how problematic the things are in the US. So rights need to be defended and political grassroots movements formed. Currently there is a lot of corruption but I hope this will not go all unpunished.

No that is not what I was saying. I'm saying the system is broken and the root cause. Fix the problem by changing the system, not by murdering random individuals that are part of the current system. That only causes more pain and suffering

There is a reason you shouldn't trade individual stocks if you're unwilling to research a bit at least. If you trade individual stocks without it it becomes basically gambling. I'm not laughing at the ordinary people losing money, but I also don't feel very bad for them in particular.

I mean i wish everyone well. I fear that violence will not lead to the desired outcome. Once violence is normalized and things run their way the cat is out the box. And its possible you can't contain things. People online like here are pretty radicalized. Many speak out but most don't act for the fear of repercussions. I think change takes time and effort. I believe at least some Jan 6th protestors believed what they were doing was right and justified. The way people are reacting with my calls for levelheadedness makes me think they are another side of the same radical coin.

NYC populous is not the average voting population tho. The US party system is broken in a way it only allows for two parties to emerge. I think primaries allow for a more granular choice for the average person tho. The Kennedy quote is true, but I'm not giving up that peaceful change is impossible.

Dear Extraordinary Survivalists v1.22.0, a stable release, can now be downloaded through the account manager.

Well, here we are again. Another update is ready for everyone's enjoyment. We recommend everyone to update to 1.22.0 now, unless you need to wait for mods to update. In this update we focused heavily on bringing you new and improved game mechanics. No extravagant update blog post blurb this time - I'm out of ideas and I just keep repeating myself every major update anyway lel. Suffice to say, we hope you enjoy this absolute unit of an update, encompassing over 700 individual features, tweaks and fixes! 💚

There is more content that we came close to finishing and for which we might make a smaller update before 1.23:

    • Inventory Item/Block sounds
    • More procedural dungeon content
    • Mechanically powered bellows
    • In-Barrel/Crate content visual rework
    • Metal tier mechanical power (and once that is available, then wood tier elements turning too fast may ignite ... !)

    Update trailer video

More infos on the blog post

I know Wero is still in its infancy and the digital Euro is still a few years away, even if you believe there'll be no delays. But depending on where you live you can already do a lot for EU financial independence.

    • Use cash (very easy but not ideal in many situations/online)
    • Use a national payment providers:
      • Germany 🇩🇪: Girocard
      • Netherlands 🇳🇱: iDEAL
      • France 🇫🇷: Cartes Bancaires
      • Poland 🇵🇱: BLIK
      • Italy 🇮🇹:Bancomat/PagoBancomat
      • Many other options, check for your country
    • Use SEPA direct debit mandate or wire money directly if you can
    • Sign up to a european crypto exchange and use it for direct purchases. although I get if you don't like crypto but this is just for direct purchases

Otherwise American Payment providers usually get at least 1% and if you use card payment a lot over time that can really add up. This also mostly makes sense when buying from a european company. For US companies it really doesn't matter much. I've been trying to replace Amazon with Otto and I use SEPA direct debit mandate to avoid fees.

For more context: I already had the communism and lefty communites blocked. I'd consider myself middle-left of the political spectrum but personally don't believe in some grand revolution saving us all. Most left communities on here seem to far out there for my personal taste at least. My comment is deleted but if you wanna see the post here's the link.
