Do you have before/after photos to show they caused the cracks?

I’d get an independent assessment of the damage. It’s possible it’s just cosmetic like their engineer said.

If the damage is limited to a small area you could try to have that portion of the slab removed and repoured.

Not really. Mostly need greater density of chargers in some areas. Some older EVs charge kinda slow which is a pain because older EVs also tend to have lower range.

Most people charge almost exclusively at home where speed doesn’t really matter much.

I had no problem generating images with that prompt and variants but the images were always wrong. Often the blue ball was between the red and white ball. Sometimes the top half of the white ball was blue. Occasionally there were other balls in the background.

American here in a state bordering Canada. We get energy and trade with Canada. Our winter is basically over.

Please cut the power for an hour. Make it daily. Increase it to 2 hours. Do it at the most annoying times.

Hospitals and such have backup power systems, so a short outage wouldn’t directly harm anyone. (I’m sure some elderly shut in will coincidentally die of old age and it would get blamed on the outage) But it would get everyone’s attention and mostly be really fucking annoying for some people.
