Yes both countries are leaders ! I was not saying Sweden is emmiting too much. I'm not sure there is much to be gained anyway.

Also, note that not all low carbons are equals. Nuclear is estimated at 5g co2eq/MWh, wind 13, solar 30. Because it takes energy to build, operate, dismantle those means of production. Those numbers take into account everything from mining, concrete, uranium refinement, npp dismantlement ...

    Except French npp generally lower / turn off their output because the temperature upstream of the plant exceed the maximum permitted for fauna and flora preservation. It's not like they are in danger of melting or anything. Not mentioning not all npp are river cooled.

    64% of French elec is still nuclear right now. Making us the lowest carbon intensive producer in Europe.
