Ah, you see it’s easy! 10°C is 70°F in Canada and 30°C is 35°F in Australia. Fahrenheit is based upon comfortable temperature and since that differs by person and population the amount differs too!

Celsius is just boring old math though. Kind of like metric measurements. Everything devisable by 1000? Pffft, boooring! Give me my 600 feet to the mile and 8-1/2 football fields to league like a truely patriotic measuring system! Did I mention I actually prefer needing a lookup table to figure out unit conversions.

Seems like most people forgot Musk is a nazi already.

A realisation I’ve had is that if everyone from this era went back in time to the 1930’s there’d be a lot of investing into the Nazi stock market for those stonks!

Genocide, war crimes and general harm towards humanity don’t mean much to a lot of people when personal gains or convenience are available.

An example from my day job which I’ve been doing for almost 20 years.

A customer, while looking at his phone, said what I was telling him was wrong with 100% confidence. The trick is he was looking at the same thing (in the catalogue) I was, which had the real answer. He was literally denying reality and it confused me at the time. I only realised afterwards he was reading off the AI results as if the AI was all knowing and had the true answer.
