Yup the rural people that are notorious for not needing or using indoor ranges. Im liberal and from the sticks. People in rural areas are close minded and backwards for different reasons, not because of visiting indoor gun ranges that are a hundred miles away and would charge them for more than a friendly neighbors open field or legit outdoor range.

IDF troops have been killed by FPV drones. Incredible sums of money will be spent to find countermeasures that Ukraine and Russia havent been able to make work yet. Hopefully the shield will become cheaper and more effective than the sword again.

All the money spent on the US Military offering aid in places like Haiti, Nepal, and Philippines all came from the USAID bucket. Thw bottled water, fuel, shelters, food... all from that USAID line of accounting. I am very interested to know where the money is coming from to pay for aid in Venezuala, because it's probably the same bucket for dumping bombs into Iran.

I've used Ben's 100% deet before for field exercises. It melted the plastic casing of headlamp, but it works great. 30% does the same job to repel bugs you just have to re apply more often. We had no tents, it was 90F all night, and we were patrolling a lot day and night so having long lasting tick protection was great. If youre just doing yard work for a few hours, 30% deet is great.

"Do you guys not have phones?" - Blizzard in 2018 to a crowd of PC enthusiasts after selling PC games for nearly 30 years at the time.

I just don't think you can add mobile to an existing platform lile PC or Console. You are marketing to other demographics... the ones that dont play PC and Console games...

As someome in the military, the console used to be the perfect device to recieve new media while you were deployed somewhere with no internet. Video games, movies, and albums used to all come on dicscs a console could read and play on the spot. The internet has created an environment where companies no longer ship a finished product on the disc, and relying on a world where all consumers have high speed internet. It has also pushed individuals that wont have internet for months at a time towards piracy. This also hurts research scientists / students out in places with poor internet service. I fully support companies that send their finished product out on some sort of physical medium that can operate as intended without a software update over the internet. Anything else is just a license key and should be clearly marked as such.

This is from a couple years ago, but I haven't painted that many more since then so I can't do a huge Imperial Guard Army shot again.

Tank is a Matilda derivative designed by reddit user /u/FreshmeatDK https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4086322 I added a conqueror cannon to it because bolters are awesome. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4735479 I designed the Gun Trucks based off a British logistics truck https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/crew-crab-gun-truck but the work trucks are actually sold by Any Scale Models here https://www.anyscalemodels.com/component/content/article/12-products/1347-ford-cmp-f60s.html?Itemid=101 And the smaller tanks are toon Matilda IIs by Meng.

I run the bigger tanks as Leman Russes, the smaller ones as Armored Sentinels, and all of the trucks are used for fluff, terrain, or as Tauros Venators.
