They already fucked it up with the "Jonny Memotic" jack-in. In Neuromancer, it's trodes and a headband to jack in. I still have high hopes this will be a quasi-semi-accurate series.

History does not say this will happen. Gibson has been screwed often, as have others.

However, Foundation, while a solid and great sci-fi series, absoulutly analy fucks the Asimov books. When you compare Foundation to the novels, it's 100% shit! They could have done atompunk awesomeness! Instead, it's an emperor that is the LEAST important character in the first book.

If Neuromancer fucks the book, then fuck AppleTV and everyone involved.

Do not get me started on how shitty and almost enjoyable "Peripherable" was on Amazon. That went so far off book it hurt.

I'm a Minnesotan and a Vikings fan. I'd buy as many shares as I can afford because the rivalry is incredibly important to the NFC & NFL.

I bleed purple and gold BTW. Skol Vikes! I have no idea what a Packer would say.

I keep saying it, but alt-right Batman is going to suck! The Ellisons are extreme white nationalist pieces of shit.

Of course, shotguns with deer slugs will solve that. (Brainstem, aim for the brainstem) Also, Make MAGA Afraid. Very, very afraid.

I've been carrying a pocket knife of some kind every day since I was 10 or 12 years old; I'm 55 now. I can tell you from decades of experience that a pocket knife has hundreds of more uses than the 36 "manly" and boring ones listed. Art of Manliness indeed.

I am a believer that everyone should carry a pocket knife of some kind. For years I carried a "basic" cheap pocket knife (yes, grade school and high school), then I carried a Buck lockback knife, and then for a couple of decades I had folding utility knives (I worked retail and then managed a warehouse). These days I am loving my Opinel No.8 carbon.

Everyone should keep a pocket knife of some kind.

I think this might be a Lodge skillet. However, two things make me question whether it's a Lodge.

First, that emossed 8 looks different from every other Lodge 8 I've seen. And that might mean nothing, and I'm reading too much into it.

Second, its weight. The unknown skillet weighs 2,043g. My modern six-year-old Lodge weighs 2,387g. Wouldn't an older Lodge weigh more?

Can any cast iron experts help me out?
