Optimistic sounding headline, but the reality is that these are all grandfathered projects which were in the pipeline from before Trump cut the ITC (solar tax credit). Development and investment in new renewable projects has essentially stopped dead.

As if the ITC cut wasnt enough, utilities are seizing the opportunity to push back hard against further renewable deployment, and lots of municipalities are putting restrictive zoning in place to prevent solar projects being permitted.

Reaching 10GW by 2030 will be... unlikely.

Probably a good decision in the long run, their rational makes sense. Ubuntu's stubborn insistence on snap is poor decision making on their part.

Most non-battery powered reolink cameras have an https web server interface, as well as support for any 3rd party app through open onvif and rtsp protocols.

The bad part is, you typically need to turn those functions on with their app...

I have several of their "E1 outdoor" ptz models, highly recommend the "cx" model with the starlight sensor for amazing night vision, although it looks to be backordered at the moment.

Even with insurance, many plans have a deductible that requires you to pay the first couple grand on your own before they'll cover anything, and even once you've paid that amount they will require you to cover a couple hundred per day of hospital stay (doubled for two patients: mom + baby).

It is entirely normal to pay thousands of dollars for a normal uncomplicated hospital birth even with insurance.
