I would go with a static site generator which supports markdown (flat file). They're often easy to setup and hassle free. Some of them also have many themes/templates which can be freely used.

    Discord just banned most switch shop/drive related discords RIP (but this shouldn't impact using any of the services). If you use a tinfoil shop, check the message that loads when you connect in Tinfoil for information/alternatives.

    Looks like communities are now moving to guilded.gg, however for such communities, I think that Matrix or something similar should be utilized.

    At least there is still a way to stay up to date of what's happening, however guilded.gg is clunky at best.

    I don't know where else to ask. For the past 2-3 days I've been trying to go to lemmy.world to check my favorite communities because of the federation issues (to other instances) and I want to see the actual live content. I usually go there just from a bookmark and check for what's new. However now when I open lemmy.world all I see is basically nothing. I tried different browsers, clearing everything etc. Does anybody else have this issue?
