I've lived in multiple apartments with outdoor parking and fairly short commutes where this would have solved all of my weekly charging needs.

I also think about systems like this for camping and road tripping that I do. Extra power at the campsite is cool, and it would add peace of mind about not getting stranded.

I was thinking about the apartment angle, too, but also in terms of convenience. Getting range out of the sky without thinking about it and reducing trips to public chargers sounds pretty great.
