It is banned in cycling and other cardio-centric sports where additional mass is not helpful so I’d wager it does something beneficial. There are amazing places to live here that are just outside of Seattle but still on the west side of lake Washington. With the light rail it’s an easy trip to Seattle. Don’t be discouraged. The people here are welcoming.

The process to amend the constitution is spelled out but they want a corrupt court to do their dirty work.
