Thanks. Yes, the lock-ups seem related to Gnome combined with suspend/resume. It's still broken for me. On EXWM, I have considered that several times but wondered what the difference between EXWM and full-screen Emacs on any desktop would actually be. Is it primarily for resource constrained systems?

In the last day or so, Emacs GTK on Debian Trixie is locking up my system frequently. It's so bad that I can guarantee a full lock-up within a few minutes of opening Emacs. Env. is Gnome 48 on the Framework 13 and I assume it's XWayland causing the issue. FWIW, the issue doesn't seem to impact on Sway.

Is anyone else seeing similar issues?

No concerns, just that a bad keyboard can completely ruin a laptop for me (XPS being one). It's all subjective I guess. After posting the above I came across an entire thread on the subject, most saying the keyboard is good enough. Anyway, I ordered a Framework 13 after reading those comments. Thanks for the reply.

I really want Pixelfed to take off and this really could have been a moment, but after using it for more than a year now, I just can't see it. Development is very slow - it feels like a one-man show (it might not be). We do need an alternative to Instagram, but yeah..
