This study explores map applications by evaluating them using WCAG 2.1 Standards. It found that XR Navigation’s Audiom was the most accessible mapping platform. Most mapping platforms, like Google Maps, Bing, and TomTom, have some significant accessibility barriers. Airlines need to be held accountable so that they are required to take care of people’s wheelchairs. Airlines should be expected to deliver luggage and durable medical equipment on time and undamaged. I’m glad that this kind of information is being compiled, and congrats to JetBlue.
