Here's what I think. There should be 11 of them, and on an 11 year cycle they should be directly elected by the people 1 per year, 11 year term, 1 term limit. They should be selected from a pool that is made up of high level judges in the country, and the members of that pool who decide to run for the position need to pass some sort of test by an independent board of constitutional scholars.

As the Supreme Court makes rulings, rulings that allow or affirm a right or action should be set in stone and no longer challengeable unless the entire panel of 11 judges unanimously decide that the issue needs to be reheard.

Something like this anyway, I'm sure there is more to consider but this is the general idea that I think would work.

Suppressed weapons. Shit is still loud, anyone anywhere near it will hear it. Also, when a bullet hits a person or any other surface the impact sound is loud as well.

Hitting people with beer bottles. You take a beer bottle to the head and you're probably done for.

Lots of sweet overnight oats comments in here. Give savory overnight oats a try! 3/4 cup oats, 3/4 cup chicken broth/bone broth/etc. Throw some chili crisp in with some green onions, maybe even a fried egg. Can't go wrong.

This one definitely drives me nuts, but these days I don't see how else to keep systems safe. It would be nice and probably be pretty effective if you could just prove to your IT team that you're not a moron to get reduced restrictions though. Most people I imagine would fail or not even make the effort, so you could be reasonably sure the risk was minimized this way.
