Feels like Brald is either up to something shady or something dangerous with this unexplored dungeon. It feels like either way, there’s gonna be a lot of danger.

The anime passes mainly because the comedy is really fun and the characters have very charismatic personalities.

The animation is average, but not bad like those generic isekai shows. The character designs are good, and there’s no need for anything overly fanservice-y, unlike some anime this season.

The Queen’s reactions already promise some hilarious scenes coming up, she’s really funny.

And for anyone who didn’t notice, the family symbol is a brass knuckle, which basically means they’re women who are all about violence.

Pitty's addiction made the series way more fun because she’s super cute lol. While the moment of revenge against the captain doesn’t arrive, the story stays in that usual slice-of-life vibe with nothing really evolving, even though that’s basically what the whole plot is built around.

Poemu got kinda annoyed with the MC for letting a gyaru (Nadeshiko) get away with wearing a short skirt, while she couldn’t… but plot twist: she was actually the student council president lol.

There was a competition between Nadeshiko and Kaoru to raise money, and Kaoru ended up winning. And from the ending, you can tell they’re childhood rivals lol.

People tend to be biased against yuri and yaoi genres, but a lot of the time they actually deliver some really solid stories, and this one is definitely one of those cases.

The comedy is just the right amount, the fight scenes are really well animated, and the two main characters are super charismatic with great designs.

Whether it ends with a straight couple, a same-sex couple, or stays open-ended is just a detail, but it’s definitely been worth watching so far.

An episode focused on Nana and the witches being revealed to part of the public. Nana’s dad acted like a real father, caring more about her well-being than what she had become (totally different from what Anna’s dad did).

The season ends with the start of the winter months, and that’s when things are supposed to really begin. unfortunately it didn’t happen this season. I really hope we get a second season. The opening pretty much showed scenes from the whole season, and since it also had shots of the battle against that lord, maybe there’s more coming in the future.

Overall, a really great anime for sure. good story, well-written characters, a more serious tone, beautiful and well-done animation, cool designs. I’ve got nothing to complain about, just the wish for more.

This work definitely deserves more attention.

It’s so nice when you watch an anime that actually knows how to use clichés well.

Here we’ve got a good example of that. In this episode they used the “parents meeting” cliché, but in a pretty interesting way, his mom is more calm and focused on responsibilities, while her mom is more forward, wanting all the details about the relationship and already calling him her “boyfriend,” which neither of them even denied.

The previous episode made it look like it was heading toward a love triangle, but the preview for the next episode made us think that’s not really what the anime is going for.

The animation is also pretty solid, with good character designs, even the moms are nice to look at lol.

Up until now I was finding the anime’s pacing kind of slow, but the plots in this episode really sparked my curiosity and I actually paid a lot more attention to it.

I think the animation is pretty average, nothing that stands out too much, and like I said before the pacing felt kinda dull, but in this third episode the way they picked up the speed was really good (does the author know the rule of three or something? lol).

Approved, and we’ll keep watching a romance between replicas while the originals are just suffering.

MC took advantage of winter to try teaching the girls a few recipes, sushi is always welcome. He’s also thinking about creating a festival for the village.

Honestly, Coco is pretty naive for just running after the mage without worrying about anything. That ended up getting her caught in a teleport trap that dragged the others along too. They’re kinda justified in being mad about it, which makes things even worse for Coco’s perspective since she feels like they hate her.

They also explained a bit better about the origin of magic in this episode with the silver tree, plus an introduction to the four fundamental types of magic.

Coco still has a long way to go to earn her classmates’ trust, especially Agathe’s. I feel like Agathe might have some hidden reason for being so harsh on her.
