That would be the Board of directors for the company since they select the CEO or virtual equivalent. But current laws don't support bringing anything against a CEO for a company's wrongdoing. Even less for the board of directors.

    This is why I make the characterization that Musk is not an engineer or product guy. Only a really good snake oil salesman and finance guy. He's in the position he's in because of false promises and financial moves.

    ISPs complained about the burden and complexity of listing all the passthrough fees they had chosen to charge.

    If it's so complex that you can't provide accurate pricing for your service, you should streamline your pricing so it's accurate.
