QQG-FRZ-VHV You get greaves of nature in the first couple floors, you get a +3 mail from ghost, wand of regrowth from wandmaker, 3 force cubes, unstable spell book, ring of evasion +1 from pitfall room, ring of evasion +2 from imp. I used scroll of trans on it twice got ring of accuracy 😔. Early on you find 2 wands, earth and I can't remember the other one. You get a wand of lightning later on along with ring of arcana.
