Looks like it does do the thing Adobe claimed it wouldn't after all.

Still poor form from Nine for using it in the first place, and for not catching it in the editorial process. But seems this is just another reminder this week of the biases of generative models.

    Housing costs, rental or purchase, are only resolved by supply and ending real estate's position as an investment vehicle.

    That means large scale public housing investment to the point that it actively devalues property on a capital value bases. Rental yields are already a poor investment on their own. That leaves the "just park the money" crowd with a simple choice: sell now or watch it depreciate.

    The Stage 3 tax cuts are so unaffordable in the long term that they are effectively the death knell of what was once Labor’s traditional objectives.

    They need scrapping, not expanding.

    While we continue to provide arms, manpower, and any modicum of diplomatic legitimacy to war criminals engaged in at least one of three of the most dire crimes against humanity, these protests remain relevant to our country and governments.
