I love Immich. I've pulled in all my photos going back to high school in the early 2000s and it's so awesome having a timeline of them.
As a customer, I'm not all that interested in how the sausage gets made, so to speak. If something costs X to make but the value to me is X/2, then the manufacturer has a problem, not me.
