Another fun fact. Two items are shown. Here are the mq1 predator and the GAU 8 30 mm cannon. The mq1 weighs 1,131lbs but the cannon including all of the hydraulicsabd ammo necessary for it to function weigh 4029 lbs

The way they see it, the Putin Government must stay in power at all costs. Mobilization is a way to extend that time, because once the war ends everything else in the Russian economy falls apart. So I can see more mobilization, but of course it's preserving a fleeting status quo by mortgaging the future

I hear you. I really do but on the other hand I like to have convenience. I could be having a higher dose sometimes and a lower dose sometimes but I thrive more on routine.

Oh yeah, this sort of thing brought a ton of perspective towards me. A half of my own transition is simply the questioning of how things were as I lived them. Especially cuz I fell in love with the boy and being a boy at the time I wasn't allowed to do that. Come to find out I'm bisexual and I had to wrestle with the fact. I denied it for the longest time but I understood gay people after that. There were a lot of things that seemed true according to tradition, between the historical fictions of the United States, people forcing a hierarchy or specific gender or sexuality standard on other people, or whatever else. In the end, I learned how to love people for who they are rather than how society sees them.

I gotta post something, so I'll post the mechanical calculator that the flight school wanted me to get. How it works is that you can set ratios in the dial and multiply them. In this picture, it's 60:10 (or 60:1.0) so I can take any number from the inner circle in minutes and find out how many hours that is equal to on the outer circle.

There are also other things on this calculator, including a wind vector calculator, and charts. Most pilots don't use these anymore, but they still wanted me to know how to use one
