Ya, their monetization practices are fucking wild. League is still a great game in itself, so there's hope we will see another good RTS. Tencent also owns Path of Exile as well, so here's hoping!
I thought the same thing, we had to sign it or we failed 5th grade (or that's what I was told).
From what I recall it is more of a way of life than a religion (or philosophy for that matter), again this was taught to me 12 years ago at FGCU so take what you want from that.
